If a digital product isn't useful to you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. We don't require a lengthy justification — tell us it didn't work for you and we'll process it.

How to request a refund

The fastest way is directly through Gumroad, using the link in your purchase receipt email. You can also email info@youtubeplays.com with the email address you purchased with, and we'll process it from our end.

What happens after a refund

Once a refund is processed, access to the download is revoked. Refunds are returned to your original payment method through Gumroad, and timing to see it reflected depends on your bank or card issuer.
